Carli is a licensed psychotherapist who helps people find self-love and confidence within themselves to create the life, love, sex, and relationships they want and so very much deserve.
With her challenging yet warm-hearted approach, clients who work with Carli are held accountable for their choices in life and empowered to use their heart, mind, and soul to create the life they want for themselves.
Carli specializes in sexual health-related topics such as managing sexual desire and functioning with infertility, endometriosis, pelvic floor dysfunction, vaginismus, vulvodynia, and re-kindling sexual desire post-diagnosis. Carli has become the go-to sex therapist for helping women rediscover their sexual functioning and desire after experiencing a loss of their desire and arousal.
Carli has a Master's Degree in Social Work from Columbia University, and a Master's Degree in Sex Education from Widener University. She is a Ph.D. Candidate in Clinical Sex Therapy with a focus on infertility and sexual esteem and received her certification in Maternal Mental Health Certified from the Seleni Institute.

Nicole is a NY-based psychotherapist who specializes in the relationship we have with ourselves, and others. Nicole aims to work with you to understand your strengths and weaknesses, which she views as your super-powers. She believes that embracing them is your path to self-knowledge and personal resolution. Nicole's approach is holding a space for you to talk through challenges, cultivate life skills, and ultimately define your own path to greater happiness and contentment.
Nicole utilizes a range of modalities, based on ensuring we start where you are, and address your most immediate needs first. As a certified yoga instructor, she also believes strongly in the mind-body connection and works towards applying a holistic approach to her therapeutic work with clients.
Nicole has worked with clients on general life challenges as well as specific issues including depression, substance abuse, sexual orientation, specializing in couples and sex therapy.
She believes that we all want to be seen and understood by those we love, yet relationships are challenging. We can have trouble connecting, both within ourselves and with others. It can be hard to be our authentic selves and stand in our own truth. Your personality and life experiences make you unique.
Nicole attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and majored in Psychology with a minor in Entrepreneurship. She also completed her LMSW from the NYU Silver School of Social Work.
