At my practice, therapy isn’t meant to last forever—I believe that when it’s done correctly, it creates meaningful change that empowers you to move forward with confidence. From day one, we set clear goals together and work intentionally so you can graduate from therapy when you’ve achieved them.

On average, most clients see results within 21–27 sessions over the course of a year. This focused, goal-driven approach often saves you both time and money compared to traditional weekly therapy, where progress may be slower and long-term dependence is common. With us, your success means you won’t need us forever—because you’ll have the tools to thrive on your own.

Insurance
Therapy is an investment in your health and relationships.

My practice is private-pay, which means my team and I do not work directly with insurance. Many clients do receive partial reimbursement through out-of-network benefits, and we’re happy to provide a statement (known as a “superbill”) to help with that process.

Fees vary by clinician and service, and we’ll review everything with you before your first session so you feel clear and supported.
